By some miracle I found doors in the same color of my Taurus that have working electric, how to go about?

I'm going to pickup 2 doors for my 01 taurus for around $100 tomorrow. The car has 39,000 miles and I scratched the fuck out of the doors so I wanted to get them replaced. I watched a youtube video and it didn't seem too difficult to replace them, is this something I should be doing myself? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2s3S1F8
