So today i looked at the camry and everything seemed fine. No error codes on my scanner. However the guy selling it apparently flips cars. He said he sells the whole sale from a dealership. Whatever that means. but he has it listed for $2600, kbb value is $2800 for fair condition. This just through me off because if he flips cars why would he sell it lower than the kbb value?
