Buy or Lease?

Hey all. New to this sub, so sorry of this has been touched on a million times.Me and the girlfriend aren't on the same side of things when it comes to whether I should buy or lease a car. I would like to lease (lower payments, always under warranty, new car every three years, should be able to stay under milage limit), while she thinks I should buy, or more like it just not lease (payments don't go towards anything you'll own at the end, going over mileage, etc)So what do you guys think? I want to hear from the people who have both leased and owned, but will take anyone's opinion. What are the plusses and minuses that you see, and what would you do?
