What to do for clear coat damage?

I was giving my car a quick clean today and I noticed the clear coat coming off on a portion of my fender. Is there anything I can do to prevent further damage that isn't going to cost a ton of money? I'm pretty broke and my paint isn't in very good condition anyway so I don't need it to be perfect I just don't want it to fade/get worse.Thanks! via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uarANY
