Went from second instead of fourth when shifting!

I was driving my 05 gto with the ls2 when I was going quick and I shifted from third to second instead of fourth at a decently high rpm and I heard a squeal and the tires squealed. I shoved the clutch immediately back in. Anyone know what sort of damage I could have done? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tE2hI5
