Problem with new halo led headlights

So I bought new headlights for my '03 Ford Focus, they are halo led headlights, this is my first time ever wiring something like this, I looked at some tutorials online and I did everything they said to do, and the headlights work...sorta so when I turn my lights on the left side works perfectly, every light including the halos are working, but the right side only has one light on, which is the main low beam, none of the halo or anything else work, but then when I turn my high beams on, the lights switch places, so then the left side only has the high beam on, but the rest of the lights are blank, and then the right side is working fine with the high beams switched on, I'm really stuck and I don't know what's wrong, does anybody have any idea what's going on? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sgX98R
