On topic of tires, does anyone here have experience with Nankang?

More specifically the Nankang NS2. I know they are cheap but thats why I'm wondering as I'm not to big of a fan of cheaping out on tires and brakes but with me only being 17 and only working part time i cant really afford a set of super sports. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sJGDgU
