Need some help picking up the best spray paint possible

Hi there, not sure if this would be the best subreddit to post it in but I think this is where I'd get the accurate answers and exposure.My dad's car's been hit a lot since he bought it, whilst it's an old ass Astra he still cares about it.The car's color is black and he wants to spray the scratches out, what's some of the best spray paints brands out there?
