My 2005 G35 Coupe is making this crazy knocking sound. Audio/video inside.

It's AT, I'm the second owner.It has 140k on it. This sound here comes and goes, but this time it was exceptionally loud and aggressive. This car burns oil like hell so I'm always adding a quart every month or so. Is my engine screwed?Video via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2taXTz5
