Looking for advice/tips selling my Subaru that was stolen and found

Hello,Our 06 Subaru Impreza hatchback was stolen from us a couple of months ago. Being young and dumb we didn't have full coverage on it so we were just SOL. After a couple weeks, it popped up in an impound lot. They told is to just pay the fee and sign it over to them since it was just scrap. I figured if I was paying for it, I was taking it home. We paid to have it taken out and we put it on a trailer ourselves to get it home.At the yard I was able to start it and drive it up onto the trailer, but I haven't started it since. All 4 tires are flat and the stems are snipped. The back window on the hatch was smashed in. The two front seats/stereo are gone. The interior smells like cats had been getting inside while it was sitting abandoned and probably needs all ripped out.I just don't know where to even begin. I really wanted to try and fix it back up myself, but to even get it to the shop, I'm going to have to pay to have it towed, get new tires and then find out if there's more wrong with it or not. THEN start rebuilding and I just don't have the time or the money in my life to start that now.I know I should be able to find someone who would want it for parts or maybe as a project of their own. But like I said, I don't even know where to begin with price and would hate to just lose out even more in the process.
