Is this 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse worth to buy?

I need a commuter car. I spoke and met with the gentleman of this craigslist adhttps://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/cto/6210251263.htmland he explained to me that with 2700 I can drive off with the car and he will handle the fees/taxes of transfering a used car. I drove it and inspected it. It drives well and is really clean phsically. It seems like it's been taken care of. But I don't know a thing about cars. The low mileage is what attracted me to it.This is my first buy ever. And I'm super inexperienced with cars. I don't really have anyone to turn to for advice except you guys.
