I bought my first car and I'm new to this. Is there a way to play music via USB on my Seat Ibiza Mk4 without buying a new radio?

Hi everyone. Since I bought my first car I want to learn/understand more about cars. One of things I want to know is if it's possible to play music via USB on my car without needing to switch to one of these radios which I find ugly.This is the interior of my car. I had +200 songs on a pendrive that I used on my parent car and I don't want to go through the trouble of switching cd's all the time.Please share with me your tips to make this work.
