How do I fix (I think) scratched paint damage on the front bumper?

Hi, so I parked my car at the supermarket and left to buy a few things for a few minutes and came back to see the front of my car on the left side had been scratched (possibly by someone cutting through the spaces).I have a black Mini One, 2006, 1.6L that I got as my first car in June last year.Here is a link with the damage: http://ift.tt/2tvfJ0N this be easily fixed?
