I have a Volvo V40 from 1999. There are a few small rust spots. It looks like the pervious owner 'tried' fixing one spot but didn't do it well. The paint is bubbling a little there.Anyways, I am looking into the tools and materials I need to fix it myself. I've found a tutorial but it is hard finding all the stuff I need since the guy was from the USA. I am in the Netherlands and wondering if anyone here knows where I can buy all the stuff. Preferably from one website or store.I've check winparts.nl already but they don't have the part primer and paint that I need. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uD9qWD
