Car dent repaired professionally - paint looks dull and patchy - where to go from here?

Last month someone opened their car door into mine, they paid a local auto repair guy £220 fix it for me. I've been in contact with him and he's come back twice to sort it out, and it still looks awful. I know the photos really hard to work out but the entire area is dull and very patchy looking.He's already come out twice to try fix it after the initial repair, so I really don't have faith in him anymore. I gave him cash and got no receipt. I've text him today to ask him to come have another look but I doubt he can sort it.Does anyone have any idea where I go from here?
