AV units with easily updateable maps?

I currently have a Pioneer AVIC-F910BT in a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, which still works, but the interface is clunky (slow, zooming in/out a map involves sliding a tiny 1 pixel high slider) and the maps are really outdated. The only way to update them is via paid unofficial methods. Are there any units with easily updateable maps (preferrably eastern european ones)? Or should I just get a seperate gps device and replace the unit with an audio/video only unit? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2udDtrg
