Anyone own a track toy and live in a condo?

As the above states - with getting engaged, the fiance` owns a condo already ( albeit parking is limited ) - so, anyone live in a condo/limited parking situation and have a fun/track toy? If so, do you just go out and rent a storage unit ( all the ones I've looked at don't allow 24/7 access so far... )? Would be curious to how some of you do it. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tRBRCT
