Screwed by Lexus dealer on cpo RC F, options?

Saved up, bought an RC F 1 yr ago. Everything's running great and I move across the country for work purposes. Dealer in my area doing a routine service showed me a panel gap and we take it off to find a crushed in bracket and a sub-frame that has been worked on.There is no history of anything in carfax. I contacted previous dealer and it was a stonewall dead end there. I contacted Lexus corporate service and despite the documentation from current dealer, they failed to pull through stating that the carfax was clean when you bought it and therefore it cannot be the dealer's fault.The current dealer showed me the damage wasn't significant but enough to cause repainted rear bumper and remount/align the BSM. Apparently those BSM sensors are tough to realign and cannot be done without a Lexus technician working with some approved system.Anyways, everyone's told me to go pound sand basically so what are my options at this point? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2rZkmAv
