I've had my 2010 Mazda 6 since August of last year, it's ran great, and I've had no issues with it. Saturday morning I was getting ready to leave and I noticed the left side of my muffler was hanging really low to the point where it was dragging in the street. I had a wedding to go to two hours away so I didn't have time to fix it, so I grabbed some heavy duty wire and wired it up so it wasn't dragging on the ground. Filled up my gas tank and hit the road. On the way up north, I noticed that my gas miles remaining was fluctuating a little bit, and it was reading a lot higher than I thought it should be. Last night I re-attached the muffler with new bolts, but I'm still not sure if I can trust the mileage remaining. I know the obvious test is to just drive it and see if I run out, but I was wondering if anyone has encountered something like this? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2toa75F
