LEDs in reflector housings for accessories?

I'm looking to replace my DRL and reverse lights with LEDs because my reverse lights are almost dim enough to be useless and I dislike amber running lights(looking for switchbacks). Is there any danger of blinding oncoming drivers using LEDs in reflector housing (for accessory not headlights)? Is the light output any better than halogen?What about for fog lights, 2500-3000k H11 vs similar LEDs? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sdKRNT
