I just picked up a 2001 V6, 5 speed manual Mustang with a Flowmaster exhaust on it!

Hi everyone!I too just got a V6 mustang, so kid who just got his new Mustang yesterday too, and manual Miata guy from a couple days back, guess we're bros now!A little bit about the car. As you can tell by the title, it's a 2001 Mustang (V6) with a 5-speed in it as well as a Flowmaster Catback exhaust. It sounds gnarly as shit.Pics of the car are here, and here's an exhaust clip I got.If you care to read the story, here you are:So I stopped at a dealership to check out the car on Monday since I needed to get rid of my Saturn, and at this point, I have never driven a manual, so the salesman I had graciously taught me in a parking lot, then had me drive around in circles, practicing stopping, starting from a standstill, and shifting into second, and after about 15 or 20 minutes, and only killing the car twice, I decided I was ready to take it out on the road. So we went out on some back roads and I did well. I looked at the rest of the car and decided I was going to come back the next day (yesterday) with my parents and buy it. So we went to the dealership and sat down with the salesmen and did all the normal car buying stuff, then came time to drive it home. Now, this was my second time driving a manual so I was a little nervous. I got out of the dealer and the first 10 minutes were good, but then a truck stopped on the highway to make a left turn and I stalled, but quickly restarted and got on my merry way. As you know, practice makes perfect so after I went home, I hit up some friends asking them if they wanted to hang out (they didn't know I had a new Mustang so they were surprised), then went out driving and got some more time under my belt. I've got everything down pretty well except for backing up, that can be tricky (tips are appreciated)! So yeah, just thought I'd share, because I'm already in love with this car! Also, my plans for the car are:FR500 rims, lower it, Mach 1 chin thingy, tint the tail lights, and a cold air intake. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tOkpeP
