Does anyone have any idea what's wrong with my car?

I'd like to have some sort of idea of what I'm getting into but, unfortunately, don't have much knowledge about transmissions. I have a 2000 impala with the 3.8L stock engine and recently it's been taking quite a bit longer to shift out of first. The fluid is fine both in level and quality and I'm not sure where to go from here without paying $100+ for a transmission diagnosis. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2rXCzcv
