Buying a car from USA which papers do both parties need?

Hey guys, I bought classic toyota celica 1977 liftback today and already did the payment through paypal. Now my question is what papers should I receive or send apart from proof of payment and my ID? My friend lives in Tennessee and it is gonna stand there untill I have all the parts for it, after that it is gonna be put in container and shipped to Netherlands.
