Any cons to a CAI?

I have recently purchased my first nice car worth doing any improvements on. I am interested in putting a cold air intake in it using a name brand CAI for my specific model car. Other than the louder engine (which I see as a bonus in a muscle car) are there any reasons not to buy one? I have never done any mechanical work on cars apart from brakes and oil changes, and a CAI seems like a good place to start. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2sX9yCX
