I got sent a bill from tunnel that didn't have a toll booth.

I just got sent a bill from the Elizabeth River Tunnel, Portsmouth, VA because I didn't pay the toll. There are toll booths on that road.The only way to pay is EZpass. I don't own the EZ pass.I'm going to dispute this. It might only be 9.90 but I had no way of paying for the unadvertised toll road. via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2uKPjWD
