Wondering about importing a 2013-2016 Land Cruiser 70 double cab into the United States, what would be the best course of action?

I recently visited South Africa and became fixated on this truck. What would I have to do to bring the vehicle up to emissions standards? Could I just import the shell and put a road legal motor and exhaust setup? I know it would be quite expensive but just wanna see how it would be possible? via /r/cars http://ift.tt/2tsF9M3
